The Whatsplaid widget displays a floating icon in the bottom-right corner and, when clicked, opens the company’s WhatsApp Business with the number and initial message configured in the dashboard. It does not embed a chat on the site.
Configure in ADMIN the website, WhatsApp phone number, button title, and initial message. When the widget is active, copy the script to the site if it does not load automatically via the integration.
