Direct connection to RD Station
The published flow is for sending to RD Station and does not advertise querying CRM data.

You need active accounts on Whatsplaid and RD Station CRM. In Whatsplaid, lead capture must also be enabled.
STEP 01Log in to the Whatsplaid dashboard and go to the Integrations page.
STEP 02Locate RD Station CRM and click Install to begin authorization.
STEP 03Sign in to the correct RD Station CRM account and accept the permissions requested by the app.
STEP 04When you return to Whatsplaid, check the message confirming a successful connection.
STEP 05Chat with the agent, provide name, phone and email, and confirm in the CRM the creation of the contact and deal.
After the agent completes lead capture, Whatsplaid sends the essential data so the sales team can continue the engagement in RD Station CRM.
The integration first looks for an existing contact by the provided email or phone number.
When no contact is found, a new record is automatically created with this data.
A deal is created in the RD Station CRM default pipeline and linked to the contact.
The flow is one-way: data captured by Whatsplaid is sent to RD Station CRM.
This is not an integration with RD Station Marketing. It also does not import CRM data, does not synchronize WhatsApp message history, and does not send campaigns.

You need an active account on Whatsplaid and another on RD Station CRM. Lead capture must be enabled in Whatsplaid.

This app was developed for RD Station CRM. It does not send leads to RD Station Marketing automations, segmentations, or campaigns.
After authorizing the account, start a test conversation and allow the agent to capture name, phone, and email. Then check RD Station CRM to confirm the contact and deal were created.
Go to Integrations in the Whatsplaid dashboard, find RD Station CRM and use the uninstall option. After that, new leads will stop being sent.
Confirm that the integration is connected, lead capture is enabled, and name, phone, and email have been collected. If the issue persists, contact Whatsplaid support.
