In ADMIN, Google Sheets enters the Knowledge Base of the assistant. After connecting the Google account, the selected spreadsheet is automatically synchronized.
STEP 01
In the Whatsplaid dashboard, connect your Google account to enable spreadsheet selection in the Knowledge Base module.

Select the spreadsheet the agent should use. ADMIN automatically prepares the first available tab for synchronization.

Use clear columns for information such as products, policies, deadlines, prices, responses, units, rules, availability, or internal lists.
STEP 04
After selection, synchronization starts automatically and the spreadsheet is sent for processing in the Knowledge Base.

Verify that the agent responds correctly using the data from the spreadsheet before releasing the flow to customers.
