Do I need to schedule/program this integration?

No. Zapier lets you choose events, actions, and map fields through its interface. The availability of each action still depends on the capabilities of the Whatsplaid account.

How are duplicate contacts prevented?

The create-or-update contact action uses the full phone number as the identifier. In the other app, also configure a stable matching key.

Can I send messages through Zap?

You may reply to a conversation started by the contact within the allowed support window. This action must not be used for campaigns, reactivation, or proactive messages.

Where do I connect my account?

Install Zapier from the Integrations menu in Whatsplaid, copy the dedicated key created in the flow, and complete the connection in Zapier.
